ABOUT ME.
Cornelious is an experienced urban planner, real estate consultant, and government affairs strategist with close to two decades of experience providing strategic counsel to corporations, trade associations, nonprofit organizations, and foundations on complex public policy challenges at the state and local level.
He specializes in resolving complex land use and real estate issues, holds a California Real Estate License, and previously served as an adjunct professor of public administration at USC. He is also a city planning and design commissioner and a member of the Board of Directors of the California African American Museum.
Prior to joining Mozaic, Burke worked for the Mayor of the City of Los Angeles, two California State Senators, the California Department of General Services–Real Estate Services Division, the Bay Area Council, the North State Building Industry Association, and the California Building Industry Association.
He earned his undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Urban Studies from Loyola Marymount University, and his graduate degrees in Urban Planning and Public Administration from the University of Southern California.
