(ARTS ED COLLECTIVE)

CASE
STUDY
.

Context:

Mozaic served as agency of record for the Arts Ed Collective, which was established in 2002 by the LA County Board of Supervisors to advance goals and strategies outlined in the new LA County Regional Blueprint for Arts Education. With a commitment to prioritizing resources for youth historically excluded from learning in the arts, the initiative supports regional efforts to expand school-based arts education, community-based arts education, learning and leadership among practitioners and advocates, creative career pathways for youth,

research and evaluation, and public awareness about the value of arts education.

Approach:

Mozaic provided communications strategy and thought partnership, earned media, newsletter design and writing, social media, graphic design and other tactics in order to best tell the story of the success of the Arts Ed Collective over the years and tie this narrative into the goals outlined by the Regional Blueprint. One of the first - and most critical - products we created for this client was a Strategic Communications Roadmap that encompassed our understanding of the needs of the Arts Ed Collective, our reaction and recommendations to address those needs, and a long term view toward building out an operational approach to creating simplified and consistent ongoing, outbound communications for the agency.

For your private reference, please view the Strategic Communications Roadmap here.

Outcome:

Mozaic’s work helped to boost the brand awareness and reach of the Arts Ed Collective, delivering a public relations strategy that has allowed the Collective to successfully tell its story to the audiences and stakeholders who matter most.
